We're hiring appointment setters. Our floor runs six days a week across three shifts, calling homeowners in storm-affected areas and booking inspections for roofing contractors.

What you'd actually be doing.
You call homeowners who may have storm damage and haven't thought about their roof yet. You find out whether they own the property, how old the roof is, and whether anything's wrong. If it's real, you book an inspection with a licensed contractor.
It's a conversation, not a script read. The people who do well here are the ones who can keep someone on the phone for four minutes instead of forty seconds.
You'll be trained
We have written SOPs and a three-module onboarding program. Nobody gets handed a list and told good luck.
You'll know the standard
Verified homeowner, roof aged 16+ years, storm territory, a real reason to worry, and a booked date. We publish it on our homepage.
You'll be measured fairly
Dials, conversations and booked appointments are tracked daily. You always know where you stand.
The Schedule
Three shifts, six days a week.
All times Eastern. We'll work with you on which block you take, and the strongest closers tend to want the late shift — that's when homeowners actually answer.
What We Look For
Mostly things you can't teach.
- You can hold a conversation with a stranger without sounding like a robot
- You take direction and actually apply it the next call
- You stay steady after four people in a row hang up on you
- You show up for your shift, on time, consistently
- You're honest about your numbers
You don't need roofing experience. You don't need a sales background. You don't need a degree. If you've worked a phone anywhere — retail, service, collections, hospitality — you already have most of it.
