We don't get paid until you do.
AI-powered lead generation for home service companies. We build the pipeline, our system works it, and roofers pay only when a job closes.
The stack we run on
The Model
Almost nobody in this industry will do this.
Every lead company in the country gets paid whether you close or not. They sell you a name, they sell that name to three other roofers, and whether it turns into work is your problem.
We took the other side of that. Roofers work with us on performance — we generate the pipeline, our system qualifies and books it, and we get paid when a job actually closes.
We can afford to do that because we're not guessing at whether the system works. We watch it work every day.
No retainer to find out
You don't pay us to test a theory. If nothing closes, you haven't spent anything with us.
Our incentive is your revenue
A per-lead vendor makes money on volume. We only make money on outcomes, which means we care about the same number you do.
Your account, your CRM, your data
We never front, fund or rebill ad spend — it runs in your name. The CRM sits under your business, on your EIN. Part ways and you keep it.
The Difference
What you're actually buying.
Most roofing "leads" are a name and a phone number that several other contractors also bought. Here's the difference, in plain terms.
| A shared lead | An Elevate appointment | |
|---|---|---|
| Who else got it | Commonly resold to several contractors | Yours alone, in your territory |
| What it is | A form fill or a click | A homeowner who agreed to an inspection |
| Who qualified it | Nobody, or a bot | A person on our floor, on a recorded call |
| Roof age | Unknown | Confirmed 16+ years |
| Homeowner status | Unverified | Verified owner of record |
| Storm exposure | Unknown | Property sits in an area we targeted for recent storm activity |
| If they don't book | You chase it, or you eat it | We keep working it for 12 months |
| On your calendar | Nothing | A date, a time, and an address |
| Ad platforms | Often the agency, marked up | You pay directly, on your own account |
The Standard
We publish our qualification bar. Most don't.
An appointment reaches your calendar only if all five of these are true.
Verified homeowner
They own the property. Checked against the owner of record, not against what the person on the phone told us.
Roof age 16+
Confirmed on the call. A newer roof rarely produces a claim worth your truck roll or our phone time.
Storm territory
Inside an area we targeted for recent storm activity. Built around the weather event, not a generic homeowner file.
A reason to worry
A leak, missing shingles, granule loss in the gutters, a letter from their insurer, or a neighbor who just had the whole roof done.
Agreed to inspect
Not "interested." Not "send me information." A date and a time they said yes to.
The System
Our system runs everything except the conversation.
Homeowners get found, qualified, followed up with for a year, and booked onto a contractor's calendar — most of it without a person touching it. The one part we don't automate is the part that matters: a trained person has the actual conversation and decides whether the appointment is real.
Accountability
We ask the homeowner what happened.
Every lead vendor grades itself on leads delivered — a number they control, which is exactly what makes it useless to you.
After we hand you an appointment, we go back to the homeowner and ask how it went. Whether you showed up. Whether it was worth their time. Whether work got scheduled. It's uncomfortable data to collect and sometimes it makes us look bad. It's also the only number that tells either of us whether this is working.
Coverage
One roofer per territory.
We don't sell the same appointment twice, and we don't run two contractors in the same area chasing the same homeowners. When we take a territory on, it's yours for as long as we're working together.
Commercial roofs too
A separate line for buildings with 25,000+ sq ft of roof, where we're after the property decision maker rather than a homeowner. Different list, different conversation, same floor.
How We Work
Your ad account stays yours. So does your CRM.
We never front, fund, or rebill ad spend. If a campaign runs, it runs on an account in your business's name, on your card, and you see exactly what the platforms charge — because you're the one being charged.
An agency that buries ad spend inside a retainer is making margin on the markup. That gives them a reason to spend more, not to sell more. We'd rather not have that argument with you.
Same principle on the CRM. The system we build lives in a sub-account under your business, registered under your EIN, with you as the sender of record on anything that goes out.
If we ever part ways, you keep it. It doesn't get switched off.
Who We Do This For
Built for home services. Proven on roofing.
Roofing is where we've built the deepest capability — storm restoration, insurance-claim work, residential and commercial. The system underneath it isn't roofing-specific. It's the same machine that fills a calendar for any home service business with a high-value job and a slow follow-up problem.

InquireHow We Got Here
We built it for ourselves first.
Everything we sell, we run ourselves. The pipeline that fills our contractors' calendars is the same system we operate every day.
That's why we're willing to get paid on outcomes instead of activity. We're not selling a theory about what AI can do for a business. We're selling the thing our own business already depends on.
Founded in New Jersey
Joshua Beer and Anthony Tabbitas. Everything is built in-house — the floor, the automations, the CRM builds, the custom software.
A real floor, six days a week
Three shifts a day across four states, working a standard we publish rather than one we describe.
Compliance handled properly
Client-owned sub-accounts, registered senders, attorney-reviewed terms. The unglamorous part that keeps campaigns alive.
Questions
Before you ask.
Yes. One roofer per territory, and an appointment we book for you is never sold to anyone else. That's the whole product — if we resold appointments we'd just be another lead vendor.
No. We book the inspection — everything after that is yours. We don't inspect roofs, assess damage, estimate scope, or deal with the carrier. That's your work, and in most states it's licensed work. What we tell the homeowner is that a licensed contractor is coming out to look at the roof and tell them what they're dealing with.
We reschedule it. They're already in our follow-up system, so a no-show goes back into the sequence rather than disappearing. If an appointment can't be salvaged, we'll tell you and it won't count against you.
Slower in week one than you'd like, and then it compounds. The first appointments come from homeowners who say yes on the first or second call. The bigger share comes out of the twelve-month follow-up, which by definition hasn't happened yet in month one. Contractors who quit at week three never see the real number.
A calendar we can book onto, someone who answers the phone, and honest reporting on what closed. That last one matters more than it sounds — we check it against the homeowner anyway, so it's easier for everyone if the numbers match.
Usually not. Most of what we do is outbound — we're reaching homeowners who aren't searching for you yet. If your current company runs your ads or your website, that keeps working. We'll tell you on the call if we think there's real overlap.
Working Here
We're hiring appointment setters.
Our floor runs six days a week across three shifts. If you can hold a conversation, take direction, and stay steady on the phone, we'll train the rest.
Next Step
Let's find out if it works for you.
A call with a founder, not a sales rep. We'll tell you what we think we can do in your area, how the model works, and whether we're a fit — including when we're not.
